Terms and ConditionsDELIVERY TIME AND CHARGESWe send all available stock either via Special Delivery or Recorded Mail within 48 hours of receiving payment in the UK. Otherwise delivery is usually 10 working days.Some pieces are made to order and have a lead time of 4 to 8 weeks pending on the item.Please check in the product description. RECORDED DELIVERY( £2.75) is recommended for items that are £30.00 or less. Your item will need to be signed for when it arrives. If any items worth more than £30.00 are still sent via recorded delivery then they will not be insured if they get lost in the post. SPECIAL DELIVERYAnything over £30.00 should be sent via special delivery which is a guaranteed next day delivery and all items are insured (£5.50). We also post jewellery overseas via International Signed For and fully insured. Postal charge is £6.95. Delivery time usually takes one to three weeks. If you are unhappy with your order, items can be exchanged within 14 days for other jewellery online, a credit note or a full refund (pending on the situation). Please contact the shop or send us an email within 24 hours upon receiving the goods in order to receive a Refunds Authorisation Code. Once you have this code please return the item unworn and in its original packaging to the following address: Kim Jewellery, Unit K5, Riverside Centre, Evesham, WR11 4BG For reasons of hygiene, earrings cannot be returned to us unless they are faulty. Made to order or specially altered items are also non refundable unless they are faulty. It is strongly advised to use a recorded delivery service when returning items as we are not held responsible for returns in the post. We are sorry butwe do not refund postage costs.
